Rick and Ginger were very good partners in getting my house sold. They showed the property as if it were their own home and that was special since the house was selling completely furnished. They even did yard sales to help move various items that didn't add value to the home. Ginger would do open houses and Rick would have yard sales at the same time. They are an over the top team and very helpful. (Not your typical agents) I would use Rick and Ginger again if I need to buy or sell a property anywhere in Arizona!
